When design meets urban art

SentArte is the meeting between art and design, for which a group of internationally renowned urban artists were invited to intervene in the furniture designed by Concepta, curated by Gabriela Berti + Arcadi Poch (Ytic) for Swab, the International Fair of Art of Barcelona

The SentArte pieces are the result of the creative process carried out live in January 2011 with the participation of the public, in which the artists could be seen printing colors and shapes on the design furniture. The “Rail” sofas and the “La Nuit” chairs were put into the hands of: Lucas Milà (Barcelona); Kram (Barcelona); Ainize Txopitea (Zarautz); Muse (Barcelona); Max Gartner (Berlin); Chile (Vinaroz); Crajes (Barcelona); Xupet Negre (Barcelona); Spogo (Barcelona); Fasim (Barcelona); Diffuser (Barcelona); Andrea Michaelson Btoy (Barcelona);Shot (Barcelona); Joachim Castañeda (USA); Yubia (Bilbao).
